3/26/24 - In order to support the long term sustainability of Bullmoose.com, we have updated our shipping rates. While we have done our best to maintain our low shipping fees over the past few years, striving to keep physical media accessible to as many customers as possible, updating our shipping fees to align with the global economy will allow us to keep our product pricing competitive and support our goals of improved service to our customers. We thank you for your understanding and continued support.
Our packages are shipped via USPS Priority, Ground Advantage, and Media Mail. Any order over $75 qualifies for free standard shipping.
Ground Advantage and Media Mail are $4.99 for the first item, and $1.48 for each additional item. These packages generally take 2-8 business days to arrive after shipping.
Priority Mail is $7.99 and $1.48 for each additional item. These items generally take 1-5 business days to arrive after shipping.
**Please note: Most orders covered by Free Shipping are shipped via Media Mail, which is not insured and is at a higher risk for damage or becoming lost in transit, as they are in the mail system for a longer period of time. If you are purchasing a heavy, expensive, or in general a limited/special item we would recommend upgrading to Priority. While we do our best to package orders as safely as possible, the less time they spend in the mail system the better.
Additionally: customer cancellations on orders with free shipping may result in a shipping adjustment charge if the order falls below the free shipping threshold.
Regions
We currently ship within the US only, though we appreciate your interest in our company and hope we can one day expand to cover your country.
Shipping & Payment Timeframes
Out of stock items and Pre-orders
We do not charge for any out of stock or pre-order item until it is in hand and ready to ship. We do our best to ship pre-order items early enough for our customers to receive them on release date, however, this is solely dependent on whether we receive stock on time and how early you pre-ordered. We recommend placing your pre-order a minimum of 4 weeks before the release date.
Special Order items are in stock with our vendor and take up to two weeks to arrive before we're able to ship them your way. Items listed as Rare are not in stock with our vendors, but they might be able to get them. These items have no ETA or guarantee, and generally stay open for up to a few months before we consider them unfillable.
In stock items
Any in stock items will be prepared to ship as soon as the payment is cleared. They will ship from whichever of our locations currently has stock, even if they're not able to ship together. This is the most efficient method for us to get your items to you as quickly as possible, though it can result in multiple shipments. Your shipping fee is not affected by this in any way.
Lastly, while we're typically able to ship in stock items within 48 hours of the payment clearing, there are occasionally delays. If you feel your order is taking an unusually long time to ship please reach out and we can look into it for you.
Combining shipments
While we do our best to package items as safely as possible we understand that some packages do not survive the trip. Unfortunately we do not have a system in place to allow for individualized packaging options, or to hold items until the full order is ready to ship from the same location. That being said, if you reach out to us prior to placing the order we can assist you in determining which items will ship together and do our best to accommodate your needs.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, however, we do not accept pre-paid gift cards at this time.
