What is a Frequent Buyer Account?
A Frequent Buyer Account is a lot of things! It’s where your purchase history is stored as well as your points and store credit. It can be used to special order items for in-store purchase, or sell your personal collection to one of our brick and mortar stores. You can create a Frequent Buyer Account in-store with the help of one of our associates, or online at bullmoose.com.
Merging accounts
If you have an account created in one of our physical locations and you would like to merge it with your bullmoose.com account please submit a request and we will make the necessary adjustments for you. You do not need to merge accounts if you only have an online account, this is strictly to allow local customers to use their points and credit online as well as in the store.
Finding orders
Our Orders page defaults to showing the past 7 days of orders. If you are not seeing your order we recommend adjusting the drop-down menu to show a broader range, such as 30 days, or even an entire year. If you are still unable to locate your order please reach out to us and we will assist your further.
Changing email or password
If you need to adjust the email address or password on your account you can do so within your account on the Overview tab, under "Your Profile". If you're having difficulty accessing your account please reach out to us and we will assist you further.
Payment options
If you would like to add a new payment method, adjust your default payment method for future purchases, or redeem a gift card, you can do so on the Payment Options section of your Account.
To make a payment method your default option simply check the “make this my primary payment method” box within the payment method screen.
To remove a payment method from your account, select the payment method and tap “Delete” in the upper right corner. We recommend doing this any time a payment method becomes invalid to avoid accidentally selecting an old card at checkout.
If you need to update the payment method on an existing order that has not yet been charged, you can do so by selecting the “Change Payment” option within the order itself.
To redeem a gift card, enter the gift card number and security code on the Payment Options page and select “redeem.” It will be added onto any existing credit you may have on your account, which will be listed below the section.
Saved addresses
If you would like to add additional shipping addresses or adjust your default shipping address you can do so in the Addresses tab in your Account. To make an address your default option simply check the “make this my primary address” box at the end of the screen.
To remove a shipping address from your account, select the address and tap “Delete” in the upper right corner. We recommend doing this any time you move to avoid accidentally selecting an old address at checkout.
