Multi-copy Policy
Bull Moose is not a wholesaler or vendor, and does not handle shipments for third parties.
At Bull Moose we do our best to offer rare and hard to find items at low prices for fans and collectors alike. If you are placing orders for friends or family we ask that you have them place their own order, as this helps us ensure that everyone has a fair chance at receiving the items they want and deserve.
Orders placed with multiple copies of an item, and orders placed for many different recipients under a single account, may be subject to cancellation to prevent price gouging and customer service problems. If you are a business owner looking to get into selling media we recommend that you do so through established vendors and your own storefront.

Price Matching
We offer price matching at our brick-and-mortar stores if a local competitor has the identical item on hand at a reduced price in-store. We do not price match online sales, nor do we price match our Amazon storefront, as it is a separate marketplace with it’s own competitive pricing. If you feel there is an error with our pricing for a particular release, please reach out with the listing information and we will confirm if the price is accurate.
Return Policy
We do our best to ship orders out with proper protection and lots of care so that they arrive as safely as possible. If we could hand deliver orders on a silver platter we would, but unfortunately, that is not possible. While we hope every package you receive is satisfactory, we recognize that damages and lost packages are a very real possibility while shipping fragile media across the country.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from us please fill out this form and we can explore options together. We'll do our best to get you a replacement, but some items are so limited that it is not possible. If that is the case, we can issue a full refund upon return or a partial refund if you'd prefer to keep the item.
If you changed your mind about your order after it shipped out just let us know and we can provide you with return instructions. As long as the item is unopened and/or in the same condition we shipped it in, and it has been less than 45 days since it was shipped, we will issue a refund upon its return.
Please note: Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee slipcovers with New or Pre-owned items, as they do not always arrive to us with slipcovers included and are not factored into the pricing. As such, any missing or damaged slipcovers are not covered by our return policy. That being said, please feel free to reach out if you are only interested in receiving a particular item if it comes with a slipcover and we'd be happy to look into it further for you!
