Order Adjustments

Adding to existing orders

Unfortunately once an order is placed you cannot add additional items to it. That being said, if you’ve placed more than one order in a day please let us know and we’ll work with you to adjust the shipping fees appropriately.

Cancelling orders

If the item has not been charged and prepared for packaging you can cancel it within your Orders page. If you're unable to do so, please reach out to us and we will do our best to catch the package before it leaves our store. Please note that once you receive an email alerting you to the item being prepared to ship we cannot guarantee that it will be caught in time before it leaves the store. Our employees do their best to ship out items as soon as possible and receive USPS pick ups every day, sometimes twice a day. If we are unable to cancel the order before it ships we recommend rejecting the package when it arrives, or writing "return to sender" on it and dropping it off with USPS. Once it arrives back to us we will process the refund for you.

**Please note: customer cancellations on orders with free shipping may result in a shipping adjustment charge if the order falls below the free shipping threshold.

Changing payment methods

If your original payment method has not yet been charged and you would like to change your payment method, please locate the order within your Orders page. Once you've located the order you can select "Change Payment Method" to apply a different saved Payment option to the order. If you have an order that has declined, you will see a notification on your Account page which will bring you directly to the order so you can update it. 

Returns/replacements

We do our best to ship orders out with proper protection and lots of care so that they arrive as safely as possible. If we could hand deliver orders on a silver platter we would, but unfortunately, that is not possible. While we hope every package you receive is satisfactory, we recognize that damages and lost packages are a very real possibility while shipping fragile media across the country. If you are in need of a refund or replacement for your item, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
